Have been hosting with hosting24.com for just over a year after referral from 000webhost. For the past 8 months or so the site has been very slow to load, the database has been down or the site is down completely. The promise of 99% uptime is completely unfounded and about 1 out of 5 times I visit the site it either needs requesting several times or sends me a page cannot be found.

The cPanel offers great functionality, but it is the end user experience which is by far the most important factor and it is lacking.
