I have a flash website (swf file) I want to put on the web. I want people to be able to search for my website and be able to view it on the internet.

Beware of Free web hosting either they provide you a sub-domain or a shared hosting with dynamic IP’s
The problem shared dynamic IP’s are your content is always switching between different IP’s also
